An essay praising plagiarizing with significant parts plagiarized, hilarious! Lifting ideas from Bond movies seems to be scraping the bottom of the barrel... you'd have to be careful because everything in Bond's world explodes with just a spark. Gas tanks, buildings, even cardboard (like in the old Goldeneye video game)
